The following descriptions of reports are a small sample of standard reports generated by the TicketPro System. Other reports are contained within the system. Additional reports can be developed for your application , if required.

Boxoffice
Report - The Boxoffice Report provides the breakdown of the days ticket selling for a movie by show and ticket type. This report also includes all individual series ticket numbers by ticket type. This report can be printed as a range consolidating all information. The daily weather is included in this report.

Show
List - The Show List is a list of shows by auditorium with start and finish times for reference by the staff.

Daily
Transaction Summary - The Daily Transaction Summary provides a synopsis of the day's trading activity. |

Trading Statement - The Daily Trading Statement provides a full financial report of the days business including ticketing, concessions, and miscellaneous income.

Weekly
Trading Statement - The Weekly Trading Statement is a trading statement for the site. It shows the actual banking report for the site combining ticketing, concessions, and other miscellaneous sales.

Film
Summary Report - The Film Summary Report provides a complete report of all shows for a film. It indicates all shows, seats sold , seats voided, gross and net sales, and totals for the film. |

Listing - Allows the viewing or printing the past history of a film.

Miscellaneous
Sales Report - Indicates sales of non - ticket items sold through the system. Ie: Movie magazines, promotional materials.

Summary Report - Provides a current "snapshot" of the day's activities.

Consolidated
Sales Report - Displays All concession sales by individual item per stand and totals.

Daily
Stand Report - Displays the sales for a specific concession terminal by item and totals.

View
Selling Activity - an online screen that displays ticket sales for each show as they are being sold as well as the current concession total.
