We are not interested in gimmicks but rather the provision of a fast, efficient, and cost effective ticketing and concession system, utilizing the most current technology. TicketPro has an ongoing commitment to develop and support the most advanced ticketing system that today's technology can provide. Our support fees cover upgrades that are automatically passed on to our customers. We listen to suggestions by our customers and watch the industry closely for cutting edge technology. As an indication of our commitment, the following projects below are some areas we have explored or are currently exploring, scheduling and developing to enhance the capabilities of our system. |

* Remote Access * * * Implemented 1993Every TicketPro System can be accessed remotely via either a dialup modem or internet. When accessing remotely, it is identical to sitting in the managers office while not interupting onsite operations. Remote printing of all reports is supported. * Concession Scanning * * * Implemented 1996To improve the flow of patrons through concession stands support for ccd and laser scanning technology will allow the faster sale of concession items. The use of this technology will also reduce the incidence of mistakes made by staff when selecting sale items and therefore increase productivity.* Time Clock Integration * * * Implemented 1998A magnetic card reader linked into our database whereby employees can "clock" in and out. Full report features regarding employee's, hours and position worked. Reports will be able to be viewed or printed for a day or date range. *Touch Screen Box Office and Concession Stations * * * Implemented 1999Using Cutting edge technology,
TicketPro is able to use Touch Screen Technology for either its Ticket
Selling Station or Concession Station or combine them into one terminal. Currently running on Windows WePos. *Box Office Display System * * * Implemented 1997Integration with popular LED sign vendors to directly control Box Office LED signs, Over Door signs & lobby signs. Futher integration to provide vendor with file for customization of LED sign format. * Internet Ticketing * * * Implemented 1999A real time interface via PrintTixUSA to the internet to allow online ticket purchases from your theatres website. Also automatically puts the daily show data on the internet so the show schedule is always right. update Interfaces with MovieTickets.com 2005. * Proteus Head Office Interface * * * Implemented 1999A head office management and reporting system that gathers all the data from the theatres and brings it into the corporate office. More information is available here . * Credit Card Acceptance * * * Implemented 2000Utilizing the existing interface with PrintTixUSA fast credit card processing was added to each terminal. Average processing time is less that 2 seconds and fees are extremly competitive. * Rentrak Interface * * * Implemented 2002Automatic data sent to Rentrak from the theatre nightly. Eliminates the need to provide Rentrak data manually. Data sent to Rentrak can be customized to limit data sent. * Gift Card Acceptance * * * Implemented 2005Utilizing the PrintTixUSA interface, your own brand Gift Cards can be accepted by the TicketPro System. Gift Cards can be used online, at boxoffice, concession, and kiosks. Online tools help you to track usage and allow management of the facilities. * Export Data Files * * * Implemented 2003Data files can be created in a variety of formats to allow the importing of data into popular programs such as Excel, Word, or other programs. The data files can be accessed remotely or sent via FTP. * Real Time Web Monitor * * * Implemented 2005Data from the TicketPro System is posted on a secure web site which displays ticket sales by movie and by show. The monitor also reports current concession sales as well as employees logged in and at what station. One year history is also available for viewing for a quick comparison. Data is password protected and no link back to the theatre is available. * Off Site Data Backup * * * Implemented 2006Theatres already have onsite backup but off site backup adds additional insurance in the event of catastrophic failure or theft. Critical data is backed up off site to a TicketPro Secure server nightly to allow for the restoration of data should it be necessary. * Multiple Payment Methods * * * Implemented 2006Each selling station is capable of loading gift cards, accepting partial payment via gift card, credit card, cash and/or coupons. This allows flexibility to accomodate the patrons wishes. * SAMBA* * * Implemented 2006Samba allows the information in TicketPro effortless transmission across multiple operating system networks such as Windows 2003, XP, Linux, & Mac. Data files can be accessed as easily as a folder on your local computer.
* Frequent Movie Goer * * * Award based system similar
to Frequent Flyer programs, User definable awards based on how much
a customer spends. |

The above
mentioned features are some of the improvements that TicketPro can
provide utilizing today's technology. Our policy, however, is to
also provide the most cost effective system to our customers, therefore
continual changes are also being made to provide management and owners
with more enhanced software tools to increase productivity and monitor
sales.
