| Ticketpro has proven itself over the years in providing simple to use but comprehensive Ticketing and Point of Sale Systems. Proteus is no exception to this rule. Proteus provides simplicity with totally automatic and seamless integration to both Ticketpro and non-Ticketpro sites alike. |

| The heart of Proteus is a Windows NT based application database that maintains the same reliability, security and integrity of all Ticketpro applications since it is based on the same database manager as our existing systems. This also means that unlike other similar systems which use more generic databases, Proteus does not have readily available tools which can compromise system integrity.

| The simple philosophy of Proteus is to provide a head office management and reporting system that is simple to use but provides all the necessary information and reporting tools for management to make decisions concerning their operations. Unlike other systems Proteus is capable of importing details from both Ticketpro and Non-Ticketpro sites since it does not use any proprietary protocols or formats. An additional module is also provided for the manual entry of sales information for those sites not able to provide data files.

| Manual entry and uploading also incorporates any miscellaneous income and expenditure as well as dynamic error checking and validation of data. Deposits can be easily reconciled from bank statements.

| Proteus provides a wide range of reports covering box office, miscellaneous income and distributor reports. Additional uploads are available from Ticketpro sites to provide for full access to transaction history. To complement this is a sophisticated report builder which allows the tailoring of existing reports and the creation of site specific reports. Proteus can also create reports allowing the export of data in any format for subsequent import into other systems such as accounting or booking systems.

| Finally, the name Proteus was chosen from a Roman God capable of changing its shape at will. Proteus has this capacity and ability to evolve with changes in both technology and cinema operations and is already flexible enough to meet the requirements of any size present day operation. Exciting new functions are being planned and developed for future releases which will allow Proteus to realize its full potential. |
