Ultimate Technologies PDM3500
Ultimate Technologies has announced the end of life of the PDM3500 terminals which we have utilized for our concession stations for over 10 years. Our development team had already put into use a touch screen version of the TicketPro ticketing and concession software. While the Ultimate units provided us with lower cost units, TicketPro will only offer Touch Screen stations from this point forward.
The PDM3500 units currently in use will continue to be serviced as long as possible with an assurance from Ultimate Technologies that parts should be available for at least 5 years.

TicketPro and PartnerTech enter agreement.
PartnerTech, the manufacturer of the popular all in one Touch Screen
PT5500, pictured here 
has entered an agreement with TicketPro to supply all of their touch screen units used both for ticketing and concession selling stations.
This agreement has allowed TicketPro to offer their customers better pricing and service on the units. The PT5500 uses NO MOVING PARTS and is covered by a two year warranty. More information on the PT5500 is available here.
